The Remuneration Committee
The Remuneration Committee, chaired by Christian Baillet, is made up of two members.
It makes recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding remuneration schemes and strategies and, more specifically, regarding remuneration of members of the Executive Board, share option schemes and other incentive schemes.
